El X Congreso es organizado por estudiantes de Ingeniería en prevención y medio ambiente de la Universidad Católica del Norte, Sede Coquimbo.
Fecha de realización: 22, 23, 24 y 25 de octubre.

- Desafíos de los nuevos Profesionales de las Ciencias Ambientales en la emergente Sociedad del Conocimiento.
- Perspectivas del Medio Ambiente a nivel mundial y su expresión en Chile.
- Industria, Tecnología y Medio Ambiente.
Formato del programa:
- Charlas Magistrales
- Bloques Temáticos
- Participación Estudiantil
- Salidas a Terreno
- Interacción con la comunidad
- Actividades Deportivas
- Feria Ambiental
Alojamientos: Estos serán en las cabañas turísticas sector la Herradura, Coquimbo.
Alimentación:
- Desayuno: días 22, 23, 24, 25 de octubre, se entregará en los lugares de alojamiento.
- Almuerzo*: días 22, 23, 25 de octubre, se entregará en dependencias del campus Guayacán, Universidad Católica del Norte.
- Colación: día 24 de octubre, se entregará en la salida a terreno.
* Se considerará la preparación de almuerzos vegetarianos, sujeto a confirmación en la inscripción al congreso.
la cuota general zonal sur es de $38.000 pesos.
el sistema de pago sera :
1ra cuota $12.000 pesos el 9 al 13 de julio
2da cuota $14.000 pesos el 20 al 24 de agosto
3ra cuota $ 12.000 pesos el 1 al 5 de octubre
